Holiday Cover for Enghouse Support: 2023-2024

Enghouse Interactive Support will be available as standard during the ANZ summer holiday period 22 December 2023 to 6 February 2024.

  • Standard hours are from 8:30am-5:30pm local time Monday-Friday, EXCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
  • The level of afterhours support you have available is outlined in the individual Support agreement you have with Enghouse. This remains the same during the holiday period.
  •  Issues requiring attention after hours or on Public Holidays are treated as Urgent.

Support Portal

Our online Support Portal (referred to as ‘MySupport’) allows you to manage your existing support requests as well as open new ones.

The KnowledgeBase within MySupport contains product information, FAQs and technical documentation to help you administer your Enghouse solution.
