Partners achieve an overall accreditation status; this is based on sales qualification and success, and also on the technical certification achieved by individual engineering staff.

Partners join the program at a Accreditation Tier Level that reflects their investment and business objectives. The Tier Level allows access to a wide selection of benefits that help drive accelerated solution sales and increase profitability.

As an Enghouse Interactive Partner your organisation will have qualified and competent Sales and Technical specialists who have obtained the minimum levels of accreditation specified in the Enghouse Interactive Partner Playbook.
An Enghouse Platinum Partner is our highest level of Accreditation and is reserved for those organisations who are a fully enabled Enghouse Interactive Partner.
An Enghouse Interactive Gold Partner is committed to investing in both technical and sales expertise within their business.
An Enghouse Interactive Silver Partner will have pre-sales and sales Accreditation people within the organisation.
An Enghouse Interactive Authorised Partner is able to sell the Enghouse solutions without investing in the technical or pre-sales skills in-house
