Sydney, Aus – Contact centre solutions provider, Enghouse Interactive, has appointed Kath Murphy as its interactive sales manager for A/NZ.
Contact centre solutions provider, Enghouse Interactive, has appointed Kath Murphy as its interactive sales manager for A/NZ.
Kath brings 20 years’ experience in the ICT industry with a sales background in system integration and contact centre solutions. She also worked with tech and communications companies including Telstra and Optus, both Enghouse partners.
The role will see Kath lead both the Australian and New Zealand sales teams for Enghouse. Kath will also work with channel partners, and continue to expand the company’s channel network within the region.
“I am very happy to be joining the Enghouse Interactive team, during a year in which the company has seen great success within the A/NZ region,” Murphy said.
“A/NZ is very important region for Enghouse Interactive. I will be looking to expand channel network in 2016, so customers will have the best choice available to them.”
Enghouse Interactive Asia-Pacific general manager, Dean Hodgson, said it was great to have someone of Murphy’s experience joining the team.
“With her background in ICT and system integration, she is bringing valuable skills and knowledge that will help develop the Enghouse Interactive team, and also assist our channel partners and customers,” he added.
