Acquisition Expands Contact Center Presence in Europe
Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX:ESL) announced today it has acquired Voxtron NV (“Voxtron”) for a purchase price of approximately $9.4 million, subject to certain price adjustments.
Headquartered in Temse, Belgium (near Brussels), Voxtron is a provider of multi-channel contact center and dispatch solutions for small, medium and large enterprises as well as the railroads and utilities sectors. Voxtron’s key markets include Germany, Belgium, Austria, Scandinavia and the United Arab Emirates, with sales activities largely handled through a network of resellers.
Voxtron has approximately 70 employees, with offices in Germany, Belgium and Austria.
