Enghouse Interactive Sets the Tone for Customer Service at CCW 2015

The customer interaction solutions specialist rolls out contact centre solutions across the German-speaking market.

Enghouse Interactive the customer interaction solutions specialist, is showcasing a number of new solutions at CCW 2015 (February 24th and 26th, Hall 4, G12-14; Hall 2, A14, Estrel Convention Center, Berlin, Germany).

Enghouse Interactive’s dynamic growth over the past three years stems, in part, from the acquisition of established companies. Last year, the Company formed an autonomous business unit, encompassing the German-speaking areas and Eastern Europe by succesfully integrating three acquisitions: Andtek GmbH, IT Sonix AG and Voxtron GmbH.

This business unit focuses on a range of customer interaction solutions – omni-channel contact centre; outbound solutions with a focus on service providers and console solutions with a strong footprint in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

Enghouse also offers 24-hour German-language support for these solutions, backed by a team of over 120 dedicated professionals based in Germany, committed to deliver unparalleled customer service.

Other highlights of Enghouse Interactive’s participation at the event will include informative speaker presentations. Ralf Mühlenhöver, Managing Director, Enghouse Interactive for the DACH region and Eastern Europe, will present ”From dialogue to experience – how to inspire your customers every day” in the exhibition forum in Hall 4 at 3:00 pm, February 25th, 2015.

This presentation will provide advice on how to improve customer dialogue productively and cost-effectively across a variety of channels, including social media, using Enghouse Interactive solutions. Mr. Mühlenhöver will be accompanied by Jeremy Payne, Group Vice President, Marketing & Alliances, Enghouse Interactive, who will be speaking in English. Mr. Payne will present the latest revolutionary approaches to customer contact, and highlight the relationship between sales success and networked enterprises.

The Enghouse presentations are complemented by the “Tele-Talk Demoforums” in the Paris Room in Hall 2.1, which offer visitors an comprehensive overview of the complete contact centre solutions. Here, on all three days of the exhibition, Voxtron GmbH, an Enghouse company acquired October, 2014, will provide information on the efficient management of internal and external communication as well as the opportunities offered by using cloud services for contact centres. Voxtron, once again this year will be the sponsor of the sought-after CAT Awards, the biggest award ceremony for the best Call Centre Manager of the Year in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Enghouse Interactive will be accompanied at CCW 2015 by its partner companies Telefonbau Schneider and SEC-COM. Both ICT system houses provide expert assistance for selecting the right call and contact centre technology.
